    Thank you for those three tips Carolyn. They all make sense are practical and closely connected. Sometimes fun can be missing from your life.
    I find that things like cutting and pasting not on computer is a relaxing pastime from my childhood and has a soothing effect even now. Relating to nature on a short holiday or just in your own garden-listening to frogs and watching them in the bird baths or rock pools is very inspiring and uplifting.
